Welcome to our newly renovated unit at The Islander Point Lookout North Stradbroke Island.
Our unit is one of the largest in The Islander, sitting on the top floor with great views over the pool and trees towards Home beach across the road. Just a short walk maybe 5minutes to the famous Straddie pub and the same distance to the beach and the bowls club that always has cheap family dinners.
There is a huge balcony great for BBQ’s or sitting having a drink at the end of the day with friends and family. The combined living and dining room is over 30 m2 a great space and plenty of seating for everyone. The Unit is very light and has great ventilation with large windows and doors at the front and back allow a sea breeze to move through all day and night.
Bathroom and Kitchen are very large and very well outfitted with just about everything you need to live on Straddie let alone just a holiday.
We renovated and re furnished our unit in August 2019 all new furniture, bedding , dining table – 8 seater inside , 6 seater next to the electric grill outside, new washing machine and dryer almost everything!
We love our space on Straddie and we hope you enjoy it soon.
Our two bedrooms are both Air conditioned with brand new air conditioning units installed in 2019.
We have two bedrooms the main bedroom has a queen size bed, a wardrobe and large sliding doors to the front balcony to catch the sound of the waves and seabreezes. The second bedroom also has a separate TV and DVD player for the kids has a double and a single bed in a new stylish bunk bed set up perfect for families or friends.

Measuring over 30 m2 this is a big place to chill there is an 8 seater dining table to have dinner together or enjoy board games – yes we have these in the unit.
The sofa is a large wrap around sofa perfect for catching football on Foxtel. We have also included a Chrome cast set up if you want to watch your own Netflix programs. The front of the living and dining room is large sliding door to the balcony and huge fllor to ceiling windows that let in plenty of light and breeze and provide a beautiful outlook.
The kitchen runs off the main living area and has plenty of bench space and a large sliding door to the back balcony. We have decked out the unit so its comfortable to live there with everything you can imagine.
Our unit has two balconies a back balcony that is perfect for drying swimmers, beach towells etc The front balcony is for drinks and BBQ overlooking the pool and trees beyond. Yes on the balcony we supply for your use a Weber 2000 electric grill.
Although we have only one bathroom it’s a huge bathroom plenty of room and next to it is a laundry with a big tub new washer and dryer.
We have drying racks for clothes and towels that can be used in the laundry or on the back balcony.
